Spent Christmas at this gem and was pleasantly surprised! The decor was festive and the staff was friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, close to a mall and some great dining options. The room amenities were great, there was a lovely pool and a fitness center on site - perfect for a holiday workout. What impressed me the most was the sound-proofed rooms - no noise, making it easy to get a peaceful night's sleep.

The only drawback was the limited dinner options, but there were plenty of options nearby, so it wasn't a huge deal. Breakfast was a bit mediocre, not much variety, but it was tasty enough.

The hotel's location is convenient to the surrounding areas but far from the city center, resulting in some traffic noise. Nonetheless, the shuttle service to the city center is complimentary, and the Antea Lifestyle Mall is just a short distance away. the hotel boasts large and comfortable rooms with great soundproofing, well-appointed bathrooms, and friendly and professional staff. the fitness center is remarkable for a hotel.

the room was clean, spacious and had all the necessary amenities such as a refrigerator and a microwave, which allowed me to comfortably store and prepare my own meals. the staff was friendly and ready to help with everything, making my stay even more enjoyable. Worst Part of My Stay: the hotel was further away from the center of town than I expected, which made it a bit difficult to find local restaurants and shops. the location was perfect if you need a hotel close to the largest mall in Latin America.
